It’s all about the Money

Financial wealth defines our value,

And don’t try to convince me that

Fulfillment comes from within.

Because, when you take a closer look,

Happiness is often bought with the finest things in life.

Even if

Moments of joy are priceless,

In reality, they often have a price tag.

And it’s not true that

Connections with people are our true treasures

Because

Success is measured by the size of your bank account

Only those with wealth are remembered and

It is not true that

Compassion and empathy make us rich,

Laughter and love outweigh gold,

And the best things in life are free,

My wealth

Has great influence on

Who I am

I chase after riches

And you’ll never in a million years hear me say

Money isn’t everything
